About the experience

What can I expect from the museum? Experience hands-on adventures at IMAG Camps and IMAG STEM LAB Camps, featuring thrilling experiments, Animal Encounters, 3D dinosaurs, and sea life exploration. Designed for rising 1st-8th graders, these camps ignite curiosity and blend STEM, history, and arts for unforgettable learning fun.
Where is the experience located? IMAG CAMPS: 2000 Cranford Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33916IMAG STEM Lab Camps: 10801 Corkscrew Rd SUITE 192, Estero, FL 33928
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? There are both indoor and outdoor exhibitions.
What is the duration? Camps run from Monday - Friday, from 9:00am - 4:00pm Sign-in begins at 8:45 AM, and sign-out ends at 4:15 PM.
Is pre- or post-care available? Pre-camp care (8:00 AM – 8:45 AM) and post-camp care (4:15 PM – 5:30 PM) are available for Summer and Seasonal Camps for an additional fee. Pre-registration costs $15/week, or $10/session if added during the camp week.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

If you purchase the lunch add-on (when available) the camp will include lunch. 

Water is available.

Is there parking available? If yes, is it paid or free? There is free parking available.
What are the costs?

Members: $225/week + booking fees

Non-Members: $275/week + booking fees

Are scholarships available?

Yes! The Camp IMAG Scholarship Fund supports families in need by offering one free week of camp tuition and an Annual Family Membership. Applications are reviewed by a third-party organization.

Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the museum shop.

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Yes, you can purchase tickets at the museum.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, tickets are not specific to an individual but they must meet the criteria for the ticketing group (adult, student, etc)

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free as long as they meet the criteria for the ticketing group (adult, student, etc). It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Our refund policy depends on the ticket they are purchasing:

GA tickets, we allow refunds for unredeemed tickets prior to the date.  Memberships are non refundable.  Birthday parties, camps, field trips, group admissions and others each have their own refund/exchange policy.

Can I make a group booking?

Group rates are for group with a minimum of 15 and must have advanced reservations.

About access to the event

At what time do I need to arrive? Please arrive at 9:00am
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, IMAG is  an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? The IMAG History & Science Center and grounds (including parking lot)is a tobacco-free facility, there is no smoking or vaping allowed.
Do you offer carer tickets? No
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications or refer to our digital map.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@theimag.org
Is there a place to store belongings? Yes, there is a place where campers can store their belongings.
Is there an age requirement? Are strollers and prams allowed?

Summer IMAG Camps: available for grades 1-2, 3-5, 6-8 (capacity varies depending on age group)

Season Camps: for grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. 

STEM LABs: for Spring grades 1st grade through 5th grade.
